PPO USA Network Builds Direct Relationships in Colorado

PPO USA, the proprietary Network of GEHA (Government Employees Health Association, Inc.) has set its sights on the state of Colorado. GEHA leases several PPO networks nationally and, in 1998, launched the PPO USA Network, which is owned and operated by GEHA. Since its inception, the network has expanded to include more than 108,000 physician locations, 1,250 hospitals and 6,700 facilities in 20 states.

The GEHA health plan insures about 425,000 covered lives and is the third-largest national health plan for federal employees, retirees and their families. Its paid claim benefits exceed $1 billion annually. We are proud of the excellent service GEHA offers to both members and providers. In annual independent surveys of federal health plans, which can be viewed at the Office of Personnel Management’s website, GEHA members continuously rate GEHA highly for overall satisfaction, customer service and claims processing.

GEHA also provides easy access to view claims processing and eligibility. Go to www.geha.com and click on Provider Accounts to create a web account. GEHA web accounts give authorized users online access to GEHA claims and eligibility. You can view claims data for six months of GEHA claims.
