GEHA is dedicated to providing its members with high quality health care choices by utilizing the PPO USA Network. Because of you and your colleagues, PPO USA Network has been able to grow and become an outstanding PPO network for your patients, our members and future clients.

Your Provider Relations Specialist is your liaison to the PPO USA Network and will assist you with all aspects of your participation in the network. Please submit any updates regarding your provider information to the attention of the Provider Relations Department. Click here to submit adds or changes to your provider information.

Please submit your claims to the address on the back of the members' identification cards. To find out more about GEHA's claims processing or the GEHA plan, go to www.geha.com or call their customer service number at (800) 821-6136. Please keep in mind that GEHA only utilizes certain provider types as PPO providers for its plan, so some providers may be in the PPO USA Network, but not listed in GEHA's directories. GEHA will, however, continuously evaluate its need for specific provider types within its PPO benefit structure, and future payors may list other provider types in their directories.

Our goal as a PPO network is to build long-lasting relationships with our Participating Providers so we may continue working together to support the health and well being of our members.
